# AI Workflow Evidence Pack, command-line licence Bickford Technologies, version 1, 16 October 2026. These terms cover the `@bickford/evidence-pack` software (the command-line tool and the container built from it). Using the software means accepting them. ## Free use Anyone may install the software and run `sample`, `check`, `license` and `help`, for any purpose, at no charge. ## Licensed use `run`, which writes the full report, needs a licence key bought from Bickford Technologies. - **Who:** a key is for the company named on the purchase (or, if none is named, the buyer's email address) and its employees and contractors working on its behalf. - **What:** unlimited runs, on any number of the company's own machines or containers, until the expiry date in the key (30 days from purchase for the standard key). - **Reports:** the reports, findings and ledgers the software writes belong to the company. It may share them with its auditors, examiners, regulators, board and advisers. - **Not allowed:** sharing or publishing the key outside the company; selling, renting or hosting the software as a service for other companies; removing or working around the licence check. ## Your data The software runs on your machines and makes no network calls with your answers or logs. Bickford Technologies never receives them. ## What the report is The report is a self-assessment generated by software from what you supply. No person reviews it. It is not an audit opinion, a certification or legal advice, and it does not make you compliant with any law or standard. ## Refunds If the software is not useful, email bickfordd@gmail.com (or reply to your Stripe receipt) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The key stops being honoured once refunded. ## No warranty, limited liability The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Bickford Technologies' total liability for anything arising from the software or a key is limited to the amount paid for the key. ## Ownership Bickford Technologies owns the software. These terms grant a licence to use it; they do not sell it. The bundled decision-ledger code is also available separately under the MIT licence. Questions: bickfordd@gmail.com.
